Get to Know Us

Built on tradition. Open to everyone.

The Roanoke Men have been playing rugby in the Roanoke Valley since 1971. Today, we compete in Division III of the Capital Rugby Union while continuing to build a club where players can develop their skills, compete hard, and enjoy everything that makes rugby special.

Whether you’ve played for years or have never picked up a rugby ball, there’s a place for you at Roanoke Rugby. Come train with us, meet the club, and see what rugby is all about.

Roanoke Men have three seasons. Fall, Spring, and Summer. We practice Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Locations for practice vary, so check us out on socials. Matches are on Saturday. If you are interested in playing, reach out to us! We would love to have you.
